A little about this adventure
A recreational program for beginner and intermediate levels gymnasts. Students will learn and/or improve skills such as HANDSTANDS, CARTWHEELS, BRIDGES, and FLOOR EXERCISES. They will also explore the BALANCE BEAM, VAULT, and TRAMPOLINE. Schedule: Tuesdays 4:15 pm (Beginner level).
